Job summary

N-iX is seeking an AI Enablement Lead in the United States to design practical agentic tooling and help client teams adopt it effectively, delivering measurable gains in productivity, quality, and delivery speed.

This role blends hands-on engineering with enablement, facilitation, and client-facing consulting, working with engineers and executives to drive adoption, demonstrate value, and guide pre-sales efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production software with hands-on work.
• Experience building tooling around AI agents beyond code assistants.
• Experience teaching a solution to learners who did not seek it initially.
• Ability to communicate with engineers and executives clearly.
• Fluent English and confidence working with clients.
• Strong depth in at least one engineering area (Backend/Frontend/QA/DevOps/Data).
• Comfort with agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Kirol, Codex.
• Proven ability to build inside or around these tools (skills, subagents, hooks, workflows).
• Experience with automated engineering processes requiring minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in at least one language (Python/TypeScript/Java/etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, SQL, and cloud platforms; Git; disciplined code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Assess how client engineering teams work today and identify AI tool usage gaps.
• Establish practical AI-enabled workflows across roles: Product Owners, Engineers, DevOps/Security.
• Build agentic tooling when it adds clear value: custom skills, subagents, hooks, quality gates.
• Instrument solutions to make cost, usage, and business outcomes visible.
• Run demos, workshops, and working sessions to drive immediate tool adoption.
• Support teams until they operate independently, then move to the next focus area.
• Occasionally contribute to pre-sales as a technical lead with vision and delivery approach.
