N-iX is building its IAM capability across multiple portfolio companies. This lead role owns the IAM Target Operating Model end to end, delivering the platform and onboarding apps, while guiding a small team of analysts and engineers in a federated environment with strong autonomy.

You will govern policies, controls and risk, manage the programme plan, budget and milestones with no PMO, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and other regulations.

Competenze

• 8+ years in IAM, information security, governance or risk with lead/ownership experience.
• Experience building IAM or control functions where none existed.
• Delivery of end-to-end IAM platform implementations including vendor management.

Mansioni

• Own the IAM Target Operating Model end to end, including governance framework and platform delivery.
• Lead a project team of IAM professionals and coordinate with partners, with no PMO oversight.
• Define and manage IAM policies, standards, procedures and escalation paths.
• Own application onboarding, licensing metrics, audits, and evidence generation.
• Report IAM posture, risks and progress to senior management and the parent company.
