Resource Innovations in New Jersey is seeking a Solution Delivery Lead - Software Implementation to guide the design, development and deployment of cloud-based software for energy efficiency programs. You will translate goals into technical roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones, risks, and deliverables are tracked.

A background in software engineering or tech program management and experience with AWS are preferred; relocation to NJ may be required.

Qualificações

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience with software engineering or technical program management.
• New Jersey residence or willingness to relocate to New Jersey.
• Demonstrated experience with successful management of technical projects.
• Strong understanding of energy efficiency programs, demand-side management and energy efficiency measures.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Translates business goals into software configuration requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, software, and program delivery teams.
• Develops and communicates project plans and/or roadmaps to establish, monitor, manage, and report key milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Organizes and maintains databases for the coordination, collection, analysis and reporting of data.
• Continuously assesses project progress to goal and develops innovative and creative solutions to new issues and/or market dynamics.
• Other duties as assigned.
