Resource Innovations is seeking a Solution Delivery Lead - Software Implementation in New Jersey to guide the design, development and deployment of cloud-based software for energy efficiency programs. You will translate business goals into software configuration requirements and roadmaps, working with engineering, software and program delivery teams to deliver milestones.

The role requires a degree in software engineering or related field, at least four years of experience, and a proven track

Resource Innovations is seeking a Solution Delivery Lead - Software Implementation to join our growing energy efficiency delivery team in New Jersey. As a Solution Delivery Lead - Software Implementation, you will work in a dynamic environment leading the design, development and deployment of innovative cloud-based software used in the delivery of large-scale energy efficiency programs. The Solution Delivery Lead - Software Implementation will play a highly visible role both internally and externally and will be responsible for developing web-based systems, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and support. • Experience managing customer enhancements, integrations, data-source changes, vendor changes, or other post-implementation initiatives.
• Experience with AWS Cloud infrastructure management and Serverless environments
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification.

Compensation & Benefits

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $85,000-$115,000. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
