Job summary

Resource Innovations in New Jersey is seeking a Solution Delivery Lead - Software Implementation to guide the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based software for large-scale energy efficiency programs. You will translate business goals into software configuration requirements and manage roadmaps, milestones, risks, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• New Jersey residence or willingness to relocate to New Jersey.
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field of study
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience with software engineering or technical program management
• Demonstrated experience with successful management of technical projects
• A strong understanding of energy efficiency programs, demand-side management and energy efficiency measures
• Excellent writing, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

Responsibilities

• Translates business goals into software configuration requirements and roadmaps
• Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, software, and program delivery teams
• Develops and communicates project plans and/or roadmaps to establish, monitor, manage, and report key milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Organizes and maintains databases for the coordination, collection, analysis and reporting of data.
• Continuously assesses project progress to goal and develops innovative and creative solutions to new issues and/or market dynamics.
• Other duties as assigned.
