Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Solution Delivery Lead - Software Implementation in New Jersey to guide the design, development and deployment of cloud-based software for energy efficiency programs. You will translate business goals into software configuration requirements and roadmaps, working with engineering, software and program delivery teams to deliver milestones.

The role requires a degree in software engineering or related field, at least four years of experience, and a proven track

• Translates business goals into software configuration requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborates with engineering, software and program delivery teams.
• Develops and communicates project plans, milestones and risks.
• Organizes and maintains databases for data coordination and reporting.
• Continuously assesses progress and develops innovative solutions to new issues and market dynamics.
• New Jersey residence or willingness to relocate to New Jersey.
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field of study.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience with software engineering or technical program management.
• Demonstrated experience with successful management of technical projects.
• Strong understanding of energy efficiency programs, demand-side management and energy efficiency measures.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

Responsibilities

• Translates business goals into software configuration requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, software, and program delivery teams.
• Develops and communicates project plans and/or roadmaps to establish, monitor, manage, and report key milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Organizes and maintains databases for the coordination, collection, analysis and reporting of data.
• Continuously assesses project progress to goal and develops innovative and creative solutions to new issues and/or market dynamics.
• Other duties as assigned.
