• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field of study
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience with software engineering or technical program management
• Demonstrated experience with successful management of technical projects
• A strong understanding of energy efficiency programs, demand-side management and energy efficiency measures
• Excellent writing, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

Resource Innovations is seeking a Solution Delivery Lead - Software Implementation to join our growing energy efficiency delivery team in New Jersey. As a Solution Delivery Lead - Software Implementation, you will work in a dynamic environment leading the design, development and deployment of innovative cloud-based software used in the delivery of large-scale energy efficiency programs. The Solution Delivery Lead - Software Implementationwill play a highly visible role both internally and externally and will be responsible for developing web-based systems, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and support. • Experience managing customer enhancements, integrations, data-source changes, vendor changes, or other post-implementation initiatives.
• Experience with AWS Cloud infrastructure management and Serverless environments
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification.

Compensation & Benefits

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $85,000-$115,000.In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, education and location.
