Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Solution Delivery Lead - Software Implementation to join our growing energy efficiency delivery team in New Jersey. As a leader, you will drive the design, development and deployment of cloud-based software used in delivering large-scale energy efficiency programs, coordinating requirements, design, testing and support.

Qualifications

New Jersey residence or willingness to relocate to New Jersey.
Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of work experience with software engineering or technical program management.
Demonstrated experience with successful management of technical projects.
Strong understanding of energy efficiency programs and related measures.
Excellent writing, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
Interest in sustainability and making a meaningful environmental impact.

Responsibilities

Translates business goals into software configuration requirements and roadmaps.
Collaborates with engineering, software, and program delivery teams.
Develops and communicates project plans and roadmaps, tracking milestones, risks and deliverables.
Organizes and maintains databases for data coordination, collection, analysis and reporting.
Continuously assesses progress and develops innovative solutions to new issues.
