Job summary

Pigment is seeking an experienced Solutions Consulting Team Lead to coach and manage a cohort of Solutions Consultants for enterprise software opportunities. The role reports to the AMER Solutions Consulting Leader and involves strategic resource allocation and collaboration with regional sales leaders.

You are a leader with pre-sales experience, capable of developing value-driven demos, and you will influence senior executives including CFOs and CIOs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Pre-sales / Solution consulting team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stellar presentation skills.
• Ability to coach a team of high performers to new heights.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Proficiency in English (professional).
• Familiarity with enterprise software sales motions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Solutions Consulting team and allocate resources to opportunities.
• Coach team members to improve core consulting skills.
• Manage hiring processes with Global SC leaders to define strategy.
• Develop and present execution strategy at Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Develop account strategies with regional sales leaders and conduct reviews.
• Communicate effectively with CFOs and CIOs at the executive level.
