Job summary

Pigment is seeking a Solutions Consulting Team Lead to coach a cohort of Solutions Consultants and align resources with regional sales opportunities. You will lead discovery, deliver demos, and craft value-based journeys that resonate with C-suite executives.

The role requires leadership of a high-performing team, strong English communication, and collaboration across Sales, Operations, Marketing and Product. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pre-sales or solution consulting team.
• Proven ability to coach high-performing teams.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and demonstrate value.
• Deliver demos and articulate platform value.
• Develop tailored talks and journeys per prospect.
• Coach team members to improve skills.
• Manage a team of up to 5 people day-to-day.
• Define hiring strategy with Global SC leaders.
• Present execution strategy at QBRS.
• Develop account strategies with regional sales leaders.
• Communicate with CFOs/CIOs at executive level.
