Argano’s Pigment Practice is seeking a Pigment Solutions Lead who combines delivery excellence with business development. You will drive pipeline, lead discovery workshops, and chair product demonstrations while co-authoring proposals blending consulting services with Pigment software adoption.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive experience across management consulting, enterprise software implementation, FP&A/finance transformation, or supply chain planning.
• Direct, hands-on experience implementing or using planning platforms (Pigment strongly preferred; Anaplan, Planful, OneStream, or SAP IBP also valued).
• Track record of client-facing roles where you owned outcomes—not just activities.
• Demonstrated success in business development, whether formally in sales or informally through practice/account growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead pipeline development and market positioning for Pigment solutions.
• Conduct discovery sessions and design Pigment-enabled solutions with clear before/after states.
• Own product demonstrations and craft proposals with pricing considerations.
• Contribute to practice building, knowledge development, and mentorship within the team.
