SystemsAccountants partners with a global EPM consultancy to hire a Pigment Solution Architect for their Pigment delivery capability, shaping FP&A transformations for clients.

The role leads model builders, designs platform roadmaps, and mentors consultants while leveraging Pigment to reimagine planning, reporting, and analysis processes for complex financial needs.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of consulting or EPM implementation experience.
• Hands-on Pigment implementation experience or Pigment certification required.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and consolidation processes.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Solution Architect on client engagements, leading model builders and delivery teams.
• Build out platform roadmaps aligned to client planning and reporting goals.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client planning processes and align them to Pigment's capabilities.
• Design, configure, and implement Pigment-based solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and facilitate solution workshops.
• Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to support pre-sales and post-sale delivery.
• Lead strategic engagements for high-value accounts with complex reporting needs.
• Develop client-facing deliverables including project plans, functional/technical specs, and presentations.
• Lead and mentor consultants, supporting knowledge transfer and professional development.

About the Role

This is a key role shaping and delivering technology-enabled FP&A transformations for clients. You will act as the Solution Architect on client projects, leading model builders and building out platform roadmaps, while leveraging Pigment to help clients reimagine their planning, reporting, and analysis processes. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while mentoring junior consultants and leading strategic engagements for high-value accounts with complex financial reporting or multi-entity requirements.
