Qualifications

• Proven leader who can coach a high-performing team to new heights.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• BS/BA degree preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, focusing on value and quantifying impact.
• Deliver great demos and position the platform's value.
• Develop talks and journeys tailored to each prospect.
• Coach team members to improve core solution consulting skills.
• Manage a team of up to 5 people in day-to-day tasks and hiring.
