Dynamics 365/ Power Platform Presales Solution Architect - Contract to Hire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dynamics 365/Power Platform Presales Solution Architect to join a leading organization on a remote basis. This role is ideal for a highly motivated technical professional who thrives in client-facing environments and is passionate about designing and demonstrating innovative business solutions.

Role Overview:

You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions. Working closely with sales teams and technical stakeholders, you will lead presales efforts by crafting solution strategies, delivering compelling demonstrations, and contributing to proposals that align technology with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with clients to gather requirements and translate business needs into technology solutions.
  2. Design and present tailored Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that address client challenges.
  3. Collaborate with sales, consulting, and technical teams to create winning proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  4. Deliver product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and solution workshops to prospective clients.
  5. Stay current with Microsoft’s roadmap and emerging technologies across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Skills and Experience:

  1. 5+ years’ experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  2. Strong background in presales, including solution design, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.
  3. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the value of technical solutions.
  4. Proven track record of working with enterprise clients across diverse industries.
  5. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform are highly desirable.
