Job summary

Geoforce is seeking a Solution Architect in Plano, TX to work with account teams, design tailored solutions, and lead technical discovery for large and unique opportunities. You will deliver demos, POCs, and architectural recommendations across hardware, software, and connectivity.

You will translate complex customer needs into business value, mentor others, and coordinate with product, engineering, and sales to win opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or related roles.
• Ability to translate complex customer problems into practical technology solutions.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with technical discovery, solution design, demos, proposals, POCs, or similar work.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in business terms and connect value to customers.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and prioritizing multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers on strategic new-logo opportunities and key expansions.
• Lead technical discovery to understand workflows, requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Design and configure solutions across Geoforce hardware, software, connectivity, and services.
• Develop and deliver tailored demos, technical presentations, and solution proposals.
• Lead or support POCs, evaluations, integrations, and architectural discussions.
• Build deep expertise across Geoforce devices, software, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Know the Geoforce price book and support the commercial conversation with AE/AM.
• Help sellers understand technology and how Geoforce wins.
• Marshal resources across product, engineering, operations, and marketing to solve complex problems.
• Apply AI and GenAI tools to accelerate discovery and scale pre-sales work.
