Job summary

Geoforce is seeking a Solution Architect to work closely with Account Executives and Managers to understand customer needs, design the right solution, and demonstrate how Geoforce technology delivers business value.

This role requires leadership, technical discovery, and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions across Geoforce hardware, software, and services. You will engage in demos, POCs, integrations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical experience with customer-facing roles.
• Ability to translate complex problems into practical tech solutions.
• Experience with discovery, demos, POCs, and architectural discussions.
• Familiarity with hardware and software across Geoforce products.
• Comfort leading conversations and guiding AEs/AMs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AEs/AMs on strategic opportunities and significant customer expansion.
• Lead technical discovery of customer workflows, equipment, environments, requirements, constraints, and outcomes.
• Design and configure solutions across Geoforce hardware, software, connectivity, and services.
• Develop tailored and custom demos, technical presentations, solution proposals, and materials.
• Lead or support POCs, technical evaluations, integrations, architectural discussions, and validation.
• Develop deep expertise across Geoforce devices, software, APIs, integrations, data flows, and solution architecture.
• Know the Geoforce price book and configure solutions while supporting sales leads.
