Qualifications

• Experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/logistics space.
• Experience presenting complex topics clearly and concisely.
• Experience in planning systems and ERP tools.
• Led full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation including requirements gathering, design, development, UAT/SIT, go-live and value realization.
• Experience using agile methodology for large-scale enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead process and business requirements sessions (interviews, workshops) to document to-be processes.
• Identify and document data requirements to enable aligned to-be processes (sales, inventory, logistics).
• Oversee data collection from ERP/PLM systems, databases, spreadsheets, emails, and more; partner to create missing data.
• Support PMs/CMs with capability listings and effort estimates to define scope and timelines.
• Lead technical design documentation translating business requirements into platform designs.
