Geoforce is seeking a Solution Architect to work closely with Account Executives and Managers to understand customer needs, design the right solution, and demonstrate how Geoforce technology delivers business value.
This role requires leadership, technical discovery, and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions across Geoforce hardware, software, and services. You will engage in demos, POCs, integrations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Who We Are
Geoforce is the world’s leading Field Asset Intelligence provider, on a mission to connect the world’s equipment.
Since 2007, we have helped organizations network the rugged, remote, mobile, and often disconnected equipment their businesses depend on. Today, Geoforce connects more than 250,000 assets across 90+ countries through purpose-built rugged devices, global cellular and satellite connectivity, and powerful cloud software.
Fleet Management solutions were built around drivers and driver workflows. Field Asset Intelligence is built around equipment. By connecting revenue-critical equipment and turning its activity into actionable intelligence, Geoforce helps customers improve utilization, efficiency, agility, and competitive advantage.
We are building and defining this category — and we want curious, confident people who are energized by the opportunity to build something different.
Geoforce is looking for a Solution Architect — a technically minded, customer-facing problem solver who helps our sellers win large, complex, and unique opportunities.
The Solution Architect works closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to understand customer needs, design the right solution, and establish confidence in how Geoforce technology will work. You will support discovery, solution design, tailored demonstrations, technical presentations, POCs, integrations, proposals, architectural discussions, and technical validation.
You will quickly develop expertise across Geoforce hardware and software and learn to translate technical capability into business value.
This role supports sellers, but it also requires leadership. You should know when your expertise needs to lead the conversation, when to challenge an assumption or recommend a different approach, and when to support the AE or AM as they lead the customer relationship.
We think curiosity is a professional capability.
A great Solution Architect wants to understand the equipment, workflow, environment, technology, economics, and constraints behind a customer problem — not simply match a requirement to a feature.
You want to know how something works, not just memorize what it does. You ask the next question, learn quickly, and are comfortable saying, “I don’t know yet, but I know how to find out.”
You bring technical confidence without arrogance, challenge conventional thinking when it improves the solution, and have some swagger about where Geoforce wins and why it matters.
Prior industry experience is helpful. Technical aptitude, curiosity, judgment, customer presence, and learning velocity matter more.
This role offers the opportunity to work on some of Geoforce’s largest, most technically interesting, and most unique opportunities.
You will work directly with sellers, customers, Product, Engineering, and experts across the company. You will have the latitude to think creatively, the responsibility to establish technical confidence, and the opportunity to shape solutions rather than simply demonstrate features.
You will also be joining Geoforce at an important moment: we are defining Field Asset Intelligence and working toward a world in which revenue-critical equipment is no longer disconnected.
For the right person, the role offers meaningful career progression as our business, solutions, and category expand.
