Job summary

Stitch Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect to drive Braze integrations across client marketing stacks. You will design end-to-end solutions, craft functional specs, and build scalable data architectures to enable personalized, real-time engagement.

Applicants should have 5+ years in marketing tech and at least 3 Braze certifications, with strong API, Liquid, and data modeling skills. Occasional travel up to 20% and a focus on delivering client value are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in the marketing technology industry.
• 3 Braze Certifications, including the Braze Marketer and Braze Digital Strategist certifications.
• Knowledge around Liquid, APIs, SDKs, data modeling, and data ingestion processes.
• Experience and confidence in developing and clearly documenting custom solutions.
• Strong organization and delegation skills.
• Ability to articulate marketing technology best practices and translate them into practical implementation recommendations.
• Agility to adapt and consult on areas or new technologies.
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze technical requirements for Braze integrations with client tech stacks.
• Develop functional design specifications outlining workflows and user journeys.
• Design end-to-end, scalable marketing technology solutions.
• Build and manage complex data structures including user attributes and events.
• Create dynamic Braze audience segments and Canvas-based campaigns.
• Document integration points and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
• Lead client-facing discussions, maintain project documentation, and contribute to office hours.
