Job summary

Stitch is seeking a Solution Architect to drive Braze integrations and multi-channel campaigns for client martech stacks. You will gather requirements, create detailed specs, and design scalable, end-to-end solutions that handle complex data and real-time interactions.

You will leverage Braze tools for segmentation and Canvas campaigns, collaborate with the Delivery team, and travel up to 20% as needed. Indianapolis HQ onboarding is part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the marketing technology industry and strong client-facing skills.
• Three Braze certifications, or ability to obtain quickly after starting.
• Knowledge of Liquid, APIs, SDKs, data modeling and data ingestion processes.
• Experience documenting custom solutions and defining workflows.
• Excellent organization and time management in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and authorized to work in the US or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze technical requirements to ensure Braze and partner integrations.
• Provide detailed documentation, define integration points, and ensure data flow.
• Develop functional design specs outlining workflows, user journeys, and rules.
• Design and implement end-to-end scalable solutions within the tech ecosystem.
• Build and manage complex data structures for personalized experiences.
• Utilize Braze segmentation for dynamic audiences and lifecycle targeting.
• Design multi-channel Canvas campaigns to drive engagement and automation.
