Job summary

Coupa Software, Inc. is seeking a Solution Analyst specializing in Agentic Integrations to bridge business requirements with engineering execution. You will design, map, and implement data flows, data contracts, and connector prototypes, collaborating with the Data/Analytics team managing the Snowflake mart.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solution/business analysis or integration engineering bridging business and engineering teams.
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript/Node.js, capable of shipping working code.
• Strong SQL and hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse.
• Track record translating ambiguous business requirements into detailed technical specs for engineering teams.
• Familiarity with agent/LLM tool-calling concepts (MCP or similar).
• Understanding of data governance, access control, and data-quality concepts.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into agentic solution designs.
• Elaborate solution direction into detailed technical specs for each integration.
• Define consumption requirements with the Data/Analytics team managing the Snowflake mart.
• Define data contracts and semantic mappings between Snowflake datasets and MCP tool schemas.
• Produce solution blueprints for new agentic use cases before build starts.
• Write code on integrations - prototypes or connectors when faster than a full spec.
• Validate technical feasibility with the Technical Architect against platform standards.
• Own use-case-level acceptance criteria and verify connectors meet business intent.
• Maintain a living catalog of curated data domains and agent use cases mapped to them.
• Serve as liaison between the integration team and business/data stakeholders.
