Job summary

Epitria Consulting seeks a seasoned ERP Analyst to bridge business operations with technical solutions across ERP platforms, ensuring seamless data flows and optimized processes. You will act as a SME across ERP landscapes, with focus on system integrations such as Salesforce, Coupa, and finance apps.

The role is hybrid, reporting to the Palo Alto team, and requires strong experience in ERP configurations, data mapping, and process automation.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years as a Business Analyst focused on ERP systems.
Experience with ERP platforms such as Infor CSI/Syteline, SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Infor, or NetSuite.
Strong functional and technical knowledge of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/Syteline) is strongly preferred.
Experience managing ERP integrations with data warehouses, Power BI, and other enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

ERP Optimization: Provide functional and technical support for the ERP environment, aligning configurations with business needs.
Systems Integration: Support integrations between ERP systems and third-party apps (Salesforce CRM, Coupa Procurement, and Finance tools).
Process Engineering: Analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable processes to automate workflows.
Technical Documentation: Create functional specs, data maps, and workflows for developers and stakeholders.
Data Integrity: Oversee data migration and synchronization to ensure a single source of truth for reporting.
