Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting LLC is seeking a Coupa-focused consultant to guide clients through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Coupa modules. You will work hands-on across procurement, payables, expenses, and asset management, and contribute to AI-enabled client solutions and internal practice development.

Strong experience in multiple end-to-end implementations, API integrations, and ERP-oriented integrations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline
• Coupa certification preferred
• Willingness to travel domestically 50-75% for project milestones; travel varies based on client preferences

Responsibilities

• Advise stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Coupa.
• Engage in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, and testing.
• Develop and implement AI-enabled solutions in accordance with firm policies.
• Explore emerging AI tools to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
• Engage in recruiting, marketing, business development, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives to drive efficiencies.
