Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced Snowflake Architect to lead a team of 25+ engineers in delivering enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions. The role combines hands-on Snowflake Cortex architecture with governance and best-practices for autonomous AI workflows.

The candidate will design data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouse architectures, implement RBAC, data governance, and secure data processing for analytics, AI, and ML workloads. Hybrid delivery from Day 1 in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data architecture, data engineering, analytics, or enterprise data platforms.
• Sophisticated Snowflake expertise including Warehouses, Snowpark, Streams, Tasks, Time Travel and security.
• Deep hands-on Snowflake Cortex knowledge: Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst, LLM Functions, vector embeddings, semantic search, and RAG patterns.
• Proven experience designing and improving Agentic AI solutions and AI agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Snowflake-based data, analytics, and AI platforms.
• Provide technical leadership to 25+ engineers and AI practitioners delivering Agentic AI solutions.
• Assess AI agents, identify gaps, and optimize for scalability and adoption.
• Establish architectural standards, governance, and best practices for AI agents.
