Job summary

Princeton IT Services, Inc. is seeking Analysts - Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with technical delivery at our New York office.

You will partner with business stakeholders, Product Teams, IT, vendors, and implementation partners to analyze processes, define requirements, coordinate delivery, and ensure solutions meet objectives. The consultant will support discovery, backlog management, solution definition, system integrations, Agile execution, testing, and deployment

Qualifications

Experience in business analysis, product analysis, or technical business analysis in enterprise settings.
Ability to collaborate across business, technology, vendors and leadership stakeholders.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, and enterprise app implementations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, IT, vendors, and partners to deliver enterprise tech solutions.
Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to define objectives and requirements.
Perform end-to-end business analysis including current/future state processes and gaps.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data mappings.
Support backlog management, prioritization, and delivery tracking across workstreams.
Maintain and refine product backlogs in JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
Support SDLC through design, development, testing, and deployment readiness.
