Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Technology Enablement Analyst to consult with the business, scope projects, translate requirements, and test integrations within AGS’ environment. You will serve as the SME on Integrations, including invoicing, data warehouse, and process improvements, guiding internal teams on optimal solutions.

The role requires deep technical guidance across Tableau, SQL, Informatica, ServiceNow, and AGS360, with a focus on data governance and lifecycle support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in IT Business Analyst/Consulting role, or related position.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Business, or related major or equivalent business experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience using Informatica or related ETL tools/applications.
• Strong problem analysis and solving skills to identify root causes.
• Understanding of cloud computing and related technologies (Azure or similar).
• Proficiency with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and API integration concepts.
• Knowledge of AGS business concepts and functions.
• Experience working in a team environment and independently as needed.
• Strong technical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
• MS Office Suite (intermediate to advanced).
• Knowledge of SQL scripting (Select, Filter, Join).
• Experience enforcing data governance and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide innovative internal and external analytic solutions to automate manual processes.
• Review and advise on technical specifications for completeness and best practices.
• Create technical specifications for invoicing projects with accurate recommendations.
• Create test plans for all integrations to ensure business requirements are met.
• Configure systems using Tableau, SQL queries, Informatica, ServiceNow, and/or AGS360 as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure specifications meet technical and business needs.
• Break down complex business problems and design executable solutions.
• Enforce TE sFTP data governance; manage access and configurations across environments.
• Set up UNIX Client directory structures across DEV, TST and LOD with proper permissions.
• Monitor technology advancements in Integration Center tools and ROI impact.
• Troubleshoot integration cautions, failures, and logic gaps; write SQL to validate data.
• Monitor and maintain AGS360 work requests; keep stakeholders updated.
• Contribute to team best practices and knowledge sharing.
