Job summary

SAP Academy for Customer Success in Newport Beach, CA invites you to join a 10-month full-time development program as a Solution Advisor. You will work with customers to identify challenges and demonstrate SAP solutions, gaining hands-on experience in sales and solution delivery.

During the program you’ll participate in discovery sessions, deliver demonstrations, and support deal execution while being mentored by SAP experts.

Qualifications

2-3 years of professional experience with strong technical and business process foundation.
Experience with relevant technologies, industry-standard tools, and complex problem solving.
Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
Understanding of AI fundamentals, use cases, and ethics.

Responsibilities

Participate in discovery sessions, executive meetings, and presentations with functional and technical insight.
Deliver software demonstrations that illustrate SAP’s value proposition.
Support deal execution by responding to RFPs and participating in events and sessions.
Work under mentorship to acquire expertise in SAP solutions and emerging technologies.
After program completion, lead customer discovery sessions and identify business challenges.
