HealthQuest Therapeutics in Houston, TX seeks an Human Resources Manager to independently oversee all HR functions as the sole HR resource for the organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related field.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in human resources.
• Experience with Gusto or UKG strongly preferred.
• HRIS management and implementation preferred.
• SHRM/PHR certification preferred.
• Experience building templates and formatting company policies and forms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe products.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be a team player.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and workplace matters.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals, workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
• Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Develop and lead employee engagement initiatives that support a positive workplace culture.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring accurate employee records and data integrity.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Lead employee training and organizational learning initiatives.
• Manage biweekly payroll processing for 70+ employees and troubleshoot payroll issues.
• Oversee employee relations and lead HR investigations.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, COBRA, and leave management (FMLA, STD, LTD).
• Maintain and reconcile benefits EDI file feeds between systems.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; review policies and implement updates.
• Support special projects and organizational initiatives.
• Travel occasionally as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
