Job summary

TriMech in Glen Allen, VA is seeking a Client Success Analyst Internship to support engineering, manufacturing, and product design clients in leveraging SOLIDWORKS and related tools. You will assist with applying and troubleshooting SOLIDWORKS, handle inquiries via phone, remote desktop, and email, and help clients prioritize issues while pursuing certifications.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients and internal teams in a hybrid work setting, with opportunities to gain experience

Qualifications

• Engineering student actively enrolled in a college/university program.
• Experience with 3D CAD modeling; SOLIDWORKS preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with drafting standards and manufacturing processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in applying and troubleshooting SOLIDWORKS tools in design, development, and manufacturing tasks.
• Engage customers via telephone, remote desktop, and email to ensure they are leveraging SOLIDWORKS and related products.
• Use problem-solving processes to aid clients and determine priority levels for issues.
• Pursue relevant SolidWorks certifications and related product certifications.
• Utilize SalesForce and DSxClient/3DSupport portals to support client needs.
• Minimal travel required.
