Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in solid rocket motor manufacturing or related aerospace field.
• Strong understanding of solid rocket motor design, materials, and processes.
• Proficiency in CAD and manufacturing process simulation tools.
• Experience with process control, quality assurance, and failure analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail; strong communication.
