Greaves & Company, a premier food and beverage group in Beverly Hills, seeks an HR Office Manager to own the people function end-to-end onsite. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll support, and HRIS administration while partnering with leadership to scale processes in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws (wage/hour, leaves, harassment prevention).
• Ability to own the full HR function from recruitment to compliance and reporting.
• Excellent communication, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters.

Responsabilités

• Recruitment, Hiring & Onboarding for high-volume roles across hospitality teams.
• Employee relations, performance management, coaching, and investigations with fairness.
• Policy, compliance, and employment law adherence including wage/hour and leaves policies.
• HR systems administration, data integrity, reporting, and cross-functional projects.
• Timekeeping, payroll support, and benefits administration.
• Administrative support to leadership and office operations.
