Acme Hospitality Group is seeking a Director of Human Resources to partner with the Founder and Executive Team to shape HR strategy and culture across hotels and F&B concepts in California. You will lead a best-in-class HR team, oversee employee relations, performance, compliance, compensation and benefits, and drive talent management.

The role requires 7+ years in HR management, hospitality experience preferred, strong data skills, and the ability to recruit top management while fostering

Competenze

• 7+ years of demonstrated Human Resources Manager experience.
• 2+ years HR experience in a hospitality business preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive teams toward objectives.
• Experience owning full cycle recruiting for management hiring.
• Strong data analysis skills to support business decisions.
• Ability to prioritize work amid competing priorities and manage change.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal HR laws and regulations.
