Kelly Services is seeking an Assembler (Soldering) in Mansfield, OH for 3rd shift (9:30 PM - 6:00 AM) with first-shift training for 90-100 days. Pay rate $19.80/hour, performance-driven environment, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include soldering, assembling parts with close tolerances, reading blueprints, and using measuring tools. Requires high school diploma or GED; ITAR eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be eligible to work under ITAR compliance.
• Prior manufacturing experience, particularly in soldering, is a plus.
• Completion of ESD training and solder certification (J-STD-001) preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wire schematics.
• Proficient in the use of measuring instruments, hand tools, soldering irons, and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute diversified soldering operations, including torch and iron soldering.
• Assemble a variety of products with close tolerances and complex interrelated factors.
• Operate all equipment necessary for product assembly.
• Read blueprints and wire schematics; verify parts meet quality specs with measuring instruments.
• Finish relays by attaching nameplates, decals, hardware, stamps, touch-up paint, and assist with packing and shipping.
• Perform potting and encapsulation operations.
• Work collaboratively in a team; train other employees as needed.

Job Description:

The Assembler is responsible for performing a wide range of assembly and soldering operations on various products. While the duties outlined below represent the primary responsibilities of the role, additional assignments may be required depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute diversified soldering operations, including torch and iron soldering.
• Assemble a variety of products, involving numerous parts, close tolerances, and complex interrelated factors.
• Operate all equipment necessary for product assembly.
• Read and interpret blueprints and wire schematics; use measurement instruments to verify parts meet quality specifications.
• Finish relays by attaching nameplates, decals, hardware, stamps, touch-up paint, and assist with packing and shipping.
• Perform potting and encapsulation operations.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment, participate in shared duties, problem-solving, and collective responsibility; train other employees as needed.

• Must be eligible to work under ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance.
• Prior manufacturing experience, particularly in soldering, is a plus.
• Completion of ESD training and solder certification (J-STD-001) preferred.

• Proficient in the use of measuring instruments, hand tools, soldering irons, and power tools.
