Job summary

Adecco Staffing is assisting a Bourne, MA facility with assembling electronics on 1st and 2nd shift. Soldering skills are required and candidates should have 3–5 years experience in general assembly within manufacturing settings.

Shifts are 7:00–3:00 on 1st and 3:00–12:00 on 2nd with occasional schedule variations. This role pays $22–$25 per hour DOE and involves teamwork with standard hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years experience in electronics assembly.
• Minimal knowledge of commonly used electronic assembly concepts and procedures.
• Works under immediate supervision and follows written/verbal instructions.

• 1st shift: Monday-Friday 7:00-3:00pm
• 2nd shift Monday-Thursday 3pm-12:00pm; Friday 2pm-8pm

Pay

Pay: $22-$25/hr DOE.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Job Description

Assembly of electronics according to written manufacturing instructions and product specifications.

1. This position is full time and does not require supervisory responsibility.
2. Use of standard basic hand tools and power tools such as electric and pneumatic tools where applicable.
3. Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education

1. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 3 to 5 years experience in the field.
2. Has minimal knowledge of commonly used electronic assembly concepts, practices, and procedures within this particular field.
3. Relies on written and verbal instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
4. Works under immediate supervision.
5. Must have the ability to work within a team environment and assist others for the common goal.
