The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of PV solar systems under the supervision of a Maintenance Manager, with progression through training and advancement exams. Responsibilities include safety, shadowing experienced technicians, operating service vehicles, and on-call flexibility.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required, or willing to obtain within 6 months.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Demonstrable mechanical aptitude; no prior electrical experience required.
• Able to travel as required.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
