Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED or be willing to obtain within the first 6 months of employment.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Demonstrable mechanical aptitude; no prior electrical experience required.
• Able to travel as required.
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and observe safe working practices; maintain a safe environment under supervision.
• Shadow and assist experienced technicians in PV system maintenance and repair.
• Operate and maintain a service vehicle in daily work.
• Work a flexible on‑call schedule, including weeknights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Progress through trainee to Level I/II/III with supervision and training.
