Invenergy, LLC is seeking a Solar Technician for a Battle Creek, MI site. You will perform routine maintenance on solar and substation equipment, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and support vegetation management while following safety protocols.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of technical experience, travel up to 30%, and ability to work outdoors. Night work may occur during maintenance cycles, with overtime as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year technical experience (electrical) and/or technical education.
• Willing to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Willing to support other project sites in the region.
• Willing to work nights during maintenance activities.
• Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance on solar, substation, and related equipment.
• Perform vegetation management per plan.
• Troubleshoot inverter, tracker, network, and substation issues.
• Understand electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic functions of site components.
• Conduct daily site maintenance with safety practices.
• Respect shift schedule and overtime as needed.
