Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking a Structural Coordinator to keep solar projects on track by coordinating engineering letters, affidavits, and related documentation. You will work with engineers, vendors, project managers, permitting teams, and internal operations to ensure timely, organized submissions.

The role emphasizes proactive follow-up, detail-oriented document handling, and cross-team collaboration to prevent delays and maintain project momentum.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction, engineering coordination, or project support.
• Experience coordinating documentation or working with external partners preferred.
• Experience in solar, construction, or engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage requests for engineering letters, affidavits, and related documentation.
• Track requests with engineering partners to ensure timely completion and receipt.
• Upload and organize documentation within company systems and partner platforms.
• Communicate professionally with engineers, vendors, project managers, and internal teams.
• Monitor document status and project timelines to identify missing items or delays.
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and resolve issues to prevent bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are accessible to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with permitting, engineering, and operations teams to progress projects.
