Trinity Solar is seeking a motivated Installation Crew Leader to oversee residential solar installations. You’ll blend hands-on work with crew leadership to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and NEC standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of solar installation or electrical experience.
• Ability to work at heights and lift 40–50 lbs.
• Clean MVR and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the installation of residential solar modules, racking, and equipment in accordance with NEC codes and safety standards.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and technical expertise to the installation crew in the field.
• Document each installation with photos, diagrams, and site features; submit materials promptly.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, inspectors, and internal teams throughout projects.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional jobsite reflecting company standards.
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles per policies.
