Trinity Solar is seeking a skilled Structural Technician to prepare homes for solar installations by performing framing, roofing improvements, leak repairs, siding and drywall work. You will work on-site, measure conditions, and ensure quality and safety in a hands-on role.

Ideal candidates have carpentry and roofing experience, are comfortable working at heights, and can communicate professionally with customers while delivering durable, solar-ready structures.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, roofing, or residential construction is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with structural repairs and roofing.
• Equivalent training and practical experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assess project sites and take measurements for structural needs.
• Perform framing, sistering rafters, and other construction improvements.
• Repair roof leaks quickly and effectively.
• Handle siding, drywall, and general construction work.
• Use carpentry and roofing tools safely and effectively.
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site.
• Document work with photos, details, and reports.
• Submit required documentation on time.
