Job summary

Legacy Power LLC in the United States is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead active solar construction sites, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and field operations to meet safety standards and project schedules.

You will review drawings and documentation, conduct daily safety meetings, and work closely with Project Managers and clients to overcome field challenges. This role rewards hands-on leadership and growth with an expanding company.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Experience in solar, electrical, or similar commercial construction.
• Ability to read construction and electrical drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 is a plus).
• A valid driver's license.
• Collaborative leadership with a focus on safety and quality.
• Electrical licensing and civil/mechanical construction experience are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day leader for assigned solar construction projects.
• Lead field crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily construction activities, equipment, and deliveries.
• Maintain project schedules and adapt to field conditions.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards.
• Perform QA/QC inspections and document progress.
• Review drawings, specs, permits, and documentation.
• Coordinate inspections with utilities and AHJs.
• Communicate with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners.
• Help solve field challenges to prevent delays.
