Job summary

Legacy Power LLC. is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead solar construction projects on active sites in New Hampshire. You will manage field crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to high client standards.

Ideal candidates have solid field experience and can grow with a rapidly expanding company. You will work alongside your team, emphasizing quality workmanship and hands-on leadership on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Experience in solar, electrical, or similar commercial construction.
• Ability to read construction and electrical drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of the NEC.
• OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 is a plus).
• A valid driver's license.
• Collaborative leadership with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day leader for assigned solar construction projects.
• Lead field crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily construction activities, equipment, and deliveries.
• Maintain project schedules amid changing field conditions.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards.
• Perform QA/QC inspections and document progress.
• Review drawings, specs, permits, and docs.
• Coordinate inspections with utilities and AHJs.
• Communicate with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners.
• Solve field challenges to prevent delays.
