Job summary

Harvest Solar is seeking an Assistant Construction Site Superintendent to support field operations on solar EPC projects. You will assist with safety, quality, scheduling, crew coordination, and documentation from site preparation through installation, testing, commissioning, and closeout.

The role emphasizes safety, site leadership, and critical coordination with field teams, subcontractors, and project managers to meet schedule and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; 2–4 years construction experience preferred
• Experience with solar EPC field work considered a plus
• OSHA 30 or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site safety and risk mitigation; enforce safety plans and sign-in procedures
• Coordinate field crews and subcontractors to align with project schedule
• Track quality inspections, RFIs, and punch lists; ensure documentation is complete
• Support preconstruction planning, procurement tracking, and sequencing for solar EPC scopes
• Prepare daily/weekly field reports and communicate progress to leadership
