Job summary

Renewyx LLC is seeking a Solar Superintendent to lead a utility-scale solar site from mobilization to energization. You will own the sequence, schedule, and budget, directing superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to deliver safely and on time.

With 5+ years in solar construction and hands-on site leadership, you will coordinate civil, electrical, and other scopes, reading drawings and managing weekly cost control. Travel and field leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on utility-scale solar construction experience.
• 5+ years in construction with superintendent or senior field lead.
• Experience leading discipline superintendents, subcontractors and large crews.
• Ability to read civil drawings, electrical drawings and one-lines.

Responsibilities

• Run a utility-scale solar site from mobilization to energization.
• Set sequence, schedule, and budget; manage weekly cost control.
• Oversee civil, mechanical, electrical scopes; ensure safety.
• Lead crews including foremen and subcontractors; travel as required.
