Job summary

Renewyx LLC is seeking a Solar Superintendent to lead a utility-scale solar site from mobilization to energization. You will own the sequence, schedule, and budget, directing superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to deliver safely and on time.

With 5+ years in solar construction and hands-on site leadership, you will coordinate civil, electrical, and other scopes, reading drawings and managing weekly cost control. Travel and field leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on utility-scale solar construction experience.
• 5+ years in construction with superintendent or senior field lead.
• Experience leading discipline superintendents, subcontractors and large crews.
• Ability to read civil drawings, electrical drawings and one-lines.

Location: Rotational Schedule (United States)

Salary Range: $135,000 - $170,000

Renewyx is representing a full-scope solar and BESS EPC backed by a global infrastructure group. They have delivered over 2GW, they handle everything from engineering to commissioning in-house, and they are building out their field leadership.

They are seeking a Solar Superintendent to run a utility-scale solar site from mobilization to energization. The whole site is yours: civil, mechanical and electrical, with the superintendents, foremen and subcontractors reporting to you. You set the sequence, hold the schedule and budget, and make sure every crew goes home safe.

Hands-on utility-scale solar construction experience is a firm requirement. If you haven't run a full site before, this one is unlikely to be the right fit.

This is the role for a superintendent who wants the whole build, not one scope. You get real ownership, a company with the resources to back its field leaders, and the option to move into other business units or countries down the line. The package includes a company vehicle and fuel card, bonus potential and a strong 401k match.

The ideal candidate should have the following:

• 5+ years in construction, including time as a superintendent or senior field lead
• Utility-scale solar or similar large power generation built from mobilization through energization
• Working knowledge of every scope on site: civil, piles and racking, modules, DC and AC electrical, medium-voltage and commissioning
• Experience leading discipline superintendents, subcontractors and large crews
• Strong command of schedule, sequencing and weekly cost control
• Safety-first leadership with working knowledge of OSHA requirements
• Ability to read civil drawings, electrical drawings and one-lines
• Procore and Bluebeam experience
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
