Job summary

Leeward Renewable Energy seeks a Site Lead for Solar Self Operations & Maintenance in Durant, OK. Responsibilities

• O&M activities: troubleshoot and repair inverters, panels, racking and tracking equipment
• Execute preventive maintenance to maximize plant performance and longevity
• Safety & compliance: enforce OSHA/NFPA 70 and plant safety protocols
• P&L management: monitor budgeting, costs, and reporting
• Contractor management: supervise on-site contractors and issue POs
• Material management: manage inventory of parts and consumables
• External stakeholder management: liaise with landowners and community members
• CMMS usage: create, manage, and close work orders in Maximo
• BoP maintenance: inspect and maintain balance of plant systems
• Regulatory compliance: maintain records for audits
• Physical work: perform tasks in varied weather conditions
