You will work closely with Site Lead and higher-level technicians, participate in on-the-job training, and perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while contributing to safe, reliable renewable energy generation.

Qualifications

• Basic maintenance duties on solar panels, inverters, racking, and related equipment.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Ability to document work orders and troubleshooting steps in CMMS.
• Willingness to participate in on-the-job training and development.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing outdoor tasks in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on solar assets under supervision.
• Accurately record maintenance activities in the CMMS with work orders.
• Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and report hazards.
• Assist in reporting maintenance issues, solutions, and recommendations.
• Participate in site training and development programs to advance.
• Handle and organize tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.
