Job summary

Hanwha Convergence USA is seeking a hands-on O&M Site Lead Technician to operate and maintain a solar site. You will schedule, repair, service, and report site activities, coordinating with manufacturers and site ownership to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires 3+ years of solar experience, familiarity with inverters, trackers, SCADA, CMMS, and safety practices. You will lead technicians, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with LOTO and PPE while adhering to ERCOT/NERC

Qualifications

• 3+ years solar experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
• Electrical testing equipment knowledge (multimeter, IV Curve Tracer).
• Experience repairing trackers, inverters, transformers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair on-site solar systems (inverters, trackers).
• Coordinate with manufacturers for warranties and repairs.
• Schedule site personnel, PMs, and repairs.
• Manage on-site inventory and tools.
• Ensure site safety and report incidents.
