AllSeason Solar & Roofing is hiring a Solar Electrician for full-time work at our NJ/PA sites. No remote options. You will install, test, and service solar electrical systems, interpret PV line drawings, and ensure code compliance. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and high-quality customer service on site.

Qualifications

• Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and rooftops.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professionalism and positive demeanor.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
• Clean driving record and valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and test electrical equipment.
• Repair, replace, and rewire electrical components.
• Troubleshoot with support from metering team.
• Analyze and diagnose issues with PV systems.
• Read PV and electrical diagrams and product literature.
• Ensure code-compliant, operational solar systems.
• Represent AllSeason Solar to customers in the field.
• Assist with site safety and cleanup.
• Complete installation reports and paperwork.
