Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and test electrical equipment.
• Repair, replace, and rewire electrical components.
• Troubleshoot with support from metering team.
• Analyze and diagnose issues with PV systems.
• Read PV and electrical diagrams and product literature.
• Ensure code-compliant, operational solar systems.
• Represent AllSeason Solar to customers in the field.
• Assist with site safety and cleanup.
• Complete installation reports and paperwork.

Job DescriptionAllSeason Solar & Roofing, a leader in renewable energy solutions, is excited to announce an open position for a Solar Electrician. This is a Full-Time role located at our primary facilities and various NJ / PA site locations, therefore the position is not eligible for remote work arrangements. The successful candidate will join our dynamic team, contributing to both our solar service and solar installation departments. As a Solar Electrician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our solar power installations and maintenance services.This job offers the opportunity to work alongside industry experts in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and test electrical equipment using various tools
• Repair, replace, and rewire equipment
• Troubleshoot, find causes for issues with assistance of metering team
• Analyze and diagnose problems
• Read and understand electrical and structural diagrams
• Responsible for interpreting PV line drawings and product literature
• Electrician is responsible for a code-compliant and operational system
• Represent AllSeason Solar as a field contact for the customer, interact with the customer with integrity, and display a professional appearance and attitude
• Assist with overall crew and job site safety; staging materials, general ground support, and general site preparation and cleanup
• Assist with completion of installation reports and paperwork
